Querns Barrow

We are back at work and it doesn't really feel like lockdown any more.  Still, I'll carry on visiting Cirencester sights for a bit.  Here, next to the amphitheatre (and conveniently close to College) is the so-called "Querns Barrow"....

The question is, is it really a Long Barrow or only a Spoil Heap?
