It used to be a Snooker Club, now it is a Baptist Church! (Plus cafe, community hub and Food Bank)
The Baptists of Cirencester moved to their new home in Chesterton Lane in 2016 after 365 years on the same site in Coxwell Street. The pastors symbolically carried their new 80 kilo Cross through the town to be fixed onto the front of the new building:

They also took the memorial tablet to their most long serving pastor, the Revd Daniel White:
The old chapel, which was built in 1856, is now the final stages of conversion into luxury apartments. There are only a few stray tombstones left behind....
